01. Personal Consultation in Budapest

02. Trip to Cyprus

Once all the details are aligned, we’ll arrange your visit to Cyprus. You’ll be accompanied by a Hungarian-speaking assistant – so no question goes unanswered.

03. Viewing Properties and Projects

You’ll visit selected properties, development areas, ongoing construction sites, and completed projects – giving you a clear, real-world view of the available opportunities.

04. Choosing the Ideal Property

Once you’ve made your decision, we’ll assist with every detail: purchase price, payment schedule, deadlines – we’ll even walk you through available furnishing packages.

05. Signing the Contract – With Flexibility

The contract can be signed in person in Cyprus, or remotely from home via power of attorney, with the support of a lawyer.

06. Payment of the Deposit

A 10% deposit is paid upfront, followed by 40% upon signing the contract. The remaining balance is paid in installments based on the construction progress of the property.

07. Interest-Free Payment Plan

The remaining amount can typically be paid in installments over 1.5–2 years, interest-free – a flexible solution with full predictability.

08. Key Handover

Once construction is complete, you can take possession of your new home or investment – fully finished and ready, down to the last detail.

09. Utility Transfers

After handover, we assist with transferring all utility meters and handling the necessary official paperwork.
