Choosing the Ideal Property

Once you’ve made your decision, we’ll assist with every detail: purchase price, payment schedule, deadlines – we’ll even walk you through available furnishing packages.

Signing the Contract – With Flexibility

The contract can be signed in person in Cyprus, or remotely from home via power of attorney, with the support of a lawyer.

Payment of the Deposit

A 10% deposit is paid upfront, followed by 40% upon signing the contract. The remaining balance is paid in installments based on the construction progress of the property.
